Thanks to everyone (including Vincent, Lester, Don, Jim, John and Sam)
who offered to host my PIC collection.  I'm very happy for copies of
the archive to be made available.  If the PIC links page is worth
preserving I would rather any references to me were deleted and
someone take responsibility for it rather than just mirroring it.

I've integrated the web pages with the rest of the archive and the
whole lot can now be downloaded in one go - see:
