about a year ago i blew the servo motor control on my calcomp
plotter...and if im not mistaken (im not sitting in front of it) but i
believe it to be the same chip you speak of, and they are still
available
ill have to open my plotter to double check, but i didnt have any
problem finding them or a NTE replacement.
