Being a newbie to PIC's and microelectronics in general, i stumbled across
this ml, and hope that someone might be able to point me in hte right
direction for information / tutorials etc
I found out about pics whilst asking people how i might go about
constructing a PC interface relay card
This looks to be far more complicated than i originally thought, but if
anyone has ever constructed something similar, i would greatly appreciate
any information you could give me.

Any suggestions for simple beginning projects?
i thought perhaps a timer or counter (something simulatable preferably, as i
have only limited access to a programmer)
