A trick I've used to see if there are, let's say, vendors for "Hall Sensors" is to go to Arrow's site: www.arrow.com and do their Line Card search. They have a huge list of categories that can be further refined into the various manufacturers/suppliers. For instance: "Hall Sensors" gets you: "Allegro" I've found a bunch of manufactures like Allegro and Temic by this method.
