Digi-key sells some oscillator modules that are programmable [by Digi-key]
to within 50ppm of any frequency from 1Mhz-125MHz.  According to catalog
#Q992 [Apr-Jun '99], page 240, pricing for a DIP unit [full or half-sized]
is $3.33 for one or $190/100.  Surface-mount units are a little more.  If
