Anybody used Nicad or Lithium batteries to store the information in the
RAM registers?

IOW. If the power is removed, the PIC goes into sleep mode and retains
the info in the registers.

Anybody done this successfully?

I want to use this on a 16C74b. Would have obviously preferred a 16F74
though. :)
