Both UV and blacklight tubes are wrong. Use Philips colour 05 or Osram colour 70. Tubes at 3 cm, 1 min exposure and you get a perfect PCB. Use cupric chloride/hydrogen peroxide/hydrochloric acid as etchant. Clean, stable, infinite life, cause you can regenerate it time after time.
