Sounds like you need a new scope though, I'm picturing tube-based, with
maybe "Buy war bonds" stencilled on the side.

Almost right :) , except the "Buy war bonds"... It says "Smile and the world
smiles to you", so I guess that it's about 2 years later. Anyway I bought it
for $50

Any scope is better than no scope :)
