to help the really OT-bothered, there might be a way to enforce the use of
a pre-defined set of keywords (like [OT], [WayOT], [Ass], [C], [Hw], ...)
-- if none of the choosen keywords is present in the subject, the message
gets not delivered :)

people may post OT without marking it as "[OT]", but i doubt that anyone
would put an OT topic under a pic keyword. so this may be a way to get to a
classification of all messages. (of course, wandering threads wouldn't be
affected by this... :)

PS if anybody of our spanish speaking friends cares and didn't notice: the
n with a tilde in the subject didn't get through (i guess that's normal for
subjects) -- looks rather funny: "espaqol" :)
