Wow. That looks cool. I only wish that I had a portable PIC setup when I'm travelling - in fact, I think these hotels should add a PIC section to their business centers. I think the world would be a better place if every one could experience microcontroller development - talk about humbling. Sheesh. Makes me appreciate my set-back thermostats a bit more. I'm thinking of opening a coffee shop (American style, not like Amsterdam) that would have computers, scopes and chip burners. A place where all the PIC intellectuals could hang out and us newbies could buy them coffee and hang with rapt attention to every bit they tweak. I digress. Sorry. The Concourse Hotel in Columbus is a little dull right now. You're right on the description. Clear and to the point. > -----Original Message----- > From: pic microcontroller discussion list > [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU]On Behalf Of Andy David > Sent: Monday, April 12, 1999 12:32 PM > To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU > Subject: Re: Newbie Toggle Switch Woes > > > > >Anybody have a favorite debouncing scheme? > > I like the vertical counters scheme that Scott Dattalo describes > at > http://www.interstice.com/~sdattalo/technical/software/pic/debounce.html > it very efficiently handles multiple switches and, as usual, Scott > provides a very well written example. > > > > > - Andy. > > ---------------------------------------------------------- > Andrew David, Software Manager, Ultronics Ltd, Cheltenham. > akdavid@Ultronics.co.uk http://www.ultronics.com/ > ---------------------------------------------------------- >
