don't know about eagle, but often something like this happens: if the output
pin is defined (in the parts lib) as an output, it will show an error when you
try connecting it to a supply net. but if you redefine this pin in the lib as
something else, maybe "not defined" or "passive" or so, it often will let you
connect it to a supply net.
