I remember that, in SuperCAD, the drawing looked fine but, when you ran the router, it would seem not to see all of the connections. Later, I decided to do the layout manually in SuperPCB. Soon after that, I decided to bite the bullet and have the board layed out professionally. I remember, also, that the making of the parts was quite criticle. You may want to try re-building the part(s) that are not being picked up in the Gerbers. Best regards, Max
