Sorry for the OT but I thought Linux users may be interested in it. Check
out http://www.vmware.com for a Windows 98 and Windows NT emulator under
Linux. Beta version is available for download. Apparently it can emulate
serial, parallel and ethernet interfaces. Idea is to be able to use the PIC
programmers only supported under Windoze without leaving the linux
environment.

I dont want this to becaome a long OT thread but would like to hear from
people that have tried it. Please send mail privately to me.

I hope this hasn't been discussed here already 'cause I haven't had time to
keep up with the list lately.
