Well, you have a point, definitely, at least those who NEVER want any
OT topics can then have their browser move those posts to /dev/null
automagically and avoid spending any time reading them.  Better SOME
kind of separation - & trusting people's judgement - than going to a
moderated list, methinkks?

  If we all try to keep it in the [OT] category & keep it down to a dull
roar, should sorta work out.  "Muddling through" isn't perfect, but it
beats not making it through <G>

  Polite e-mail gripes to the offender can sometimes clear things up,
too (Sometimes people forget the rules, sometimes people get as
distracted as I do with Robin's needing my help - & post to the wrong
list even! <Erk!>)  And sometimes people are just plain grumpy & got up
on the wrong side of the bed that day (So put the bed against the wall,
folks!  <G>)
