They've done all the calculations and testing. You've just gotta hook them up! Have a look at their web site in Japan (there's a link there from the US site). There they have a script that searches for resonator part numbers based on the controller you're using. I've now used thousands of 16 MHz resonators on 16c74a. They work great! They're cheap!
