I believe some Fords use a variant of Intel's 8096 mcu.
Do an internet search for diy-efi (Do It Yourself Electronic Fuel
Injection), this is (was?) an ongoing project by a group of people
trying to roll their own efi.  There are links to more info,
literature references and you can search the archives for lots of
usefull stuff.
