This may not be completely related to PIC but most of us have done project as
a consultant or may wish to do them.  As a consultant, I have been asked to
sign several of these type document.

I submit my confidentiality agreement to the group for review and hope to
receive your comments.  Consider both cases, that is, given you would sign it,
and given that you would provide it to someone to sign.
