  I would have thought that downloading it from the MPASM page at
http://www.microchip.com/10/Tools/picmicro/code/mpasm/index.htm would be
quite efficient - I can't see where the 8M of garbage comes in?  Or is
that a snide reference to the voluminous/ complex Microchip indexes?
