It looks like a custom mixed signal device. The chip seems to also be
decoding output of the RF section and passing logic signals to the proc.
I have made a little progress deciphering the circuit. I'm hoping I can
inject logic signals from an HC11, which can monitor sensors and send
motor command. If I can pull it off, It will be autonomus and can still
be operated remotely. It's good to set your goals high :)

There is a site called www.robotmagic.com. They are planning to release
PC software for This port. It is unclear if it will download
instructions or allow tethered control.
