Hi Reggie, Thanks,but the main thing that I don't understand is why this might result in MOSFETs being damaged,as in the post which I replied to. I ESPECIALLY don't understand why the positioning of the resistor along the line between the gate and the PIC would matter when it came to protecting the FET.
