First of all I want to thank you all piclisters very much for your exelent advises. I have 2 little problems: 1) First I have checked my local distribiutors and nobody have logic drive mosfet transistors :(( 2) The power supply of this project are two 9V batteries. So I need to find a solution, may be driving the mosfet with bipolar transistor?
