Thank you Microchip!  This new driver was a long time coming, but now
that it here, I can finally format my WIN98 PC and load Windows 2000
Professional.  I just programmed a 12C509 and had no problems what's so
ever.

     Two versions were posted.  The one posted yesterday (file date: 17Feb)
     suffers from a crash if the COMM port is not set up properly in NT.
     The one posted today (file date: 19Feb) does not crash.  There have
     been reports of some difficulties in setting up the COMM ports on NT.
     Some users of Win 95/98 have also experienced this problem and there
     are a series of troubleshooting tips in the PS+ User's Guide and the
     on-line README.PLS text file.

     Directions for using this driver:
     1. Download MPPLUS.ZIP from

     http://www.microchip.com/10/Tools/picmicro/program/picstart/index.htm

     2. Unzip

     3. Copy the new unzipped MPPLUS.DLL into your MPLAB v4.00 installed
     directory (this driver only works with MPLAB v4.00).

     4. Set up COMM port set up on your system

     5. Run MPLAB and select correct COMM port for PS+
