I would like to know that also, I am going to build something that goes in my car that will have an LCD screen and a keypad, but if I could use the LCD itself instead of a keypad for user input that would simplify things dramaticly for me, considering that i have limmited dash space. all I need is a screen that can be divided into a 4x4 grid....each grid space sould have a button drawn it it on the screen, and if your finger enters that grid area then the pic thinks you have pushed the button... maybee there is a simpler way to do this than with a touch screen...maybee IR leds and detectors or something. anyway if anyone finds a source of them let me know please, thanks, Ryan >Has anyone got any experience with touch screen LCD displays?
