I finally found my Edmund Scientific's catalog.

They have 25 Gram bottles of paint for $35.95 US. Said to cover 2 to 5
square feet.
and a 12x12 inch sheet that can be cut with scissors for $20.50 US.

Both the paint and the sheets come in different temperature ranges.
68 - 113 F (20 - 45C).
