use Debug/Simulator stimulus.
Use Asynchronous Stimulus if you want to toggle the pin manually. Right
click on a button to assign a pin. I use toggle mode (click on, click
off).
Or you can use Clock stimulus where you can set the pin on for a amount
of cycles and then off for another amount.
