  The "Mug user".  Well, baseline user.

  Many people seem to find W95 great, and some wonder why I complain
about it.  I seem to find those people aren't using a network, a Fax
program, a Web browser, Word Processor and a few other things (such as
DOS) simultaneously.  If you run your word processor and nothing else,
or your Web browser and nothing else, it probably does work fairly well.
