  I agree with everyone else.  Forget the caps.  Fix the problem.  The
problem is brownout, so fit a reset circuit.  A reset circuit will work
every time, in fact if the power only ever goes down slowly, it is even
more reliable.  Simplest is one transistor and three resistors.  It's in
the App notes.
