Hi Folks,
we're looking for a memory-device that can be plugged easily into a
receptacle like a plug or a car-key.
It should contain about 1 MByte of EEPROM/Flash-Memory (ATMEL has
chips with even higher capacity) and reading/writing should be serial.
DATAKEY offers things like this, but they have a parallel data-bus.
Anyone can help ?
