Hmmm.... looking at this, I thought I might put my own two cents in..

How about a "Library" section where we can upload "Standard" libraries
for each chip...

For instance, I recently was experimenting with "Object" code modules
and thought it would be relatively easy to take the "Reset" and "Start"
and "INIT" routines from my code, and put them into a chip-specific
library sort of like the chip specific include, linker, etc files.

This way I could have "Standard" initializations for a range of chips
already programmed into my "Template" file all I would have to do, is
link in the right "Library".

Assuming any "Standardization" in the startup and initialization code
for all chips, this would mean that we could at least have a base system
that was consistent despite individual chip initialization routines.
