Hi Folks, I just wanted to let everyone know that I finally got (I think) the YAP working properly for all modes for Terminal Emulator programs that do and don't send a "Line Feed" Character (ASCII 0x00A) after a line ending "Carriage Return" Character (0x00D). You can download the source from: http://www.myke.com/PICMicro/picpage1.htm I've also put in a "Bill of Material" ("BOM") for the YAP. The YAP is going to be offered by Wirz Electronics http://www.wirz.com In the next few weeks. It will not be a kit (it will be assembled and tested) with a 16F84 and all the parts needed to do the "Experiments" Chapter (chapter 8) of "Programming and Customizing the PIC Microcontroller". My PICMicro Priorities: 1. I'm still working through the changes I made to the Macro Processor in the PICLite language. I hope to have it released by the end of this week. 2. I have a list of sample applications for PICLite that I want to put on the page. I am hoping to get it up later this week as well. 3. With the YAP fixed, I'll be moving full steam ahead on getting the "Emu" working as soon as PICLite is up to scratch. Because this is such a large application, I suggest you look back at the PICLite pages periodically. Have a great Monday, myke This week's books, Derek Robinson's wonderful "Piece of Cake".
