Hi all,

I have been poking around the microchip website and downloaded a firmware
upgrade for my picstart plus programmer.  The file is an MPASM hex file, how
should I send it to the programmer?  The website says to read the formware
upgrade readme - which I simply cannot find.  Has anyone out there sucessfully
managed to upgrade their firmware? A copy of the missing readme file would be
great,
