Any suggestion ?. I'm guessing you are simply switching the LED on for 5 or 200 ms. All IR RC systems I know of modulate the IR signal at 33kHz to 40kHz. This allows the DC signal from ambient sunlight to be filtered out. These systems also use receiver modules that demodulate the IR signal. These are cheap, and usually come with their own metal shielding (they are susceptible to noise otherwise!). So a simple IR photodiode isn't up to the job. BTW, I can't read the circuit diagram. Ir02.cdr I doubt many people have this.
