Oops, wrong key (please ignore my previous unfinished mail)

Dear Piclisters,

I am looking for small FETs to form a bridge for driving a small motor.
The specifications I need are:
200mA
10V
Rds(on) less then 3 Ohms at 4.5V 50mA.
Small SMD housing (e.g. SOT-23)

This combination is hard to find.
I found 2 promising candidates but thay are not yet available to the
resellers.
They are: BSH105 & BSH205 from Philips and TN0200T & TP0101T from Temic.

Does anybody know a good alternative, for example 2 half bridges in a single
housing, or some other form of low-drop driver that IS available.

Any suggestion is welcome!
