I have a half-dozen of these for which I can't readily locate specs
on Chipdir.  I know what a ULN2003 and ULN2803 are, but a ULN2004?

  I suspect they do something I'd really like to use, possibly before
New Years' eve!  Can someone point me to a URL for a spec sheet?  Even
better, for the whole series in PDF?
