It is not The DAC0800 needs nothing between it and the PIC outputs but you can use 220R resistors (low watts) on each data line during development. They should not matter at PIC speeds (the DAC0800 has 80nsec settle time ?). I have driven two DAC0800s from the same PIC (XY display on scope) and it works. Peter
