Normal supply: VCC = +5V , GND = 0V (also with ext. temp range ) Negative supply approx -7.5 V referenced to GND __ / +5V o----RRRRRRR/RRRRRRR-----o -7.5V / | o adjustable out ( +5 .. -7,5V ) to Contrast in. (AFAIK): Regarding differences between ext. temp-range and normal display the Supply Voltage is normaly always Vcc = +5V and GND = 0V, the only thing what differs the voltage, required for adjusting the contrast .
