Dave If banks are as reputable where you are as they are here, I would guess that the bank sent the money in good faith but that the destination account or the details sent were incorrect. i You should carefully check the details you gave the bank for Digikey and be certain that they are correct. ii The bank should be able to provide for free without any external checking some sort of proof of who they sent the money to. iii Also, Digikey may have received the money but the details of who sent it may be unclear. Check details of sender that the bank included on their paper work. Only after you have checked these 3 things are correct is it worth finding out if the actual banking system worked properly. Banks are quite good at doing things wrong but can (usually) be relied on not to take your money blatantly. regards Russell McMahon
