What is "intenationally approved weakly encripted" ?
    how to get & use  it ?

40bit DES, I think.  At least, cisco's encryption products come in 56bit DES
versions (not very exportable) and 40bit DES (more exportable.)  Based on
the "agreement" we have to read before running netscape, my impression was
that Netscape also has stronger (US only) and weaker (exportable) "Secure"
facilities (ie our international offices can't use the US version.)

Now, your country may still make it illegal to use even the weaker
encryption - it's just easier for US companies to export...
