Yes, I erased a plastic 16c58  twice. We have an CO60 gamma atomic
beam sourcer and I put there a programmed IC.
There was about 1-2 hours in it and it was totally erased but
unfortunetelly I can't repogram because there was a programing filure
after erasing.
I tried to erase once more it was succesfull but I can't reprogram
too.
I think the program memory is damadged.
