Hello everybody,
I am new user of PIC. I think PIC16F84 is a best selection to start. I
want
to interface 2-line LCD (for example Htachi-LM016L)to Pic16f84 but I
dont
know how to program it and what I need (ex. PICSTART?) and what will I
do.Besides, I have datasheet about LCD but I dont know its work.
I tried on 8085A, I know assembly and C programming basically.
Could you send me basic program (about LCD and PIC16f84)  or point me?
