WinPSP is a windows95/NT driver for the PICSTART PLUS. It DOES NOT require
MPLAB to use.

A newer version of WinPSP has been posted to my web site  (See signature
below.) (Friday the 4th DEC 1998)

The communication bug that occured with the previous release and some PC's
has been fixed.

For those of you  who have received a ST4UNST "cannot find find
ST4UNST.XXX" message when trying to install either WinPSP or WinTM4, I
believe the solution is to download and install all the VB4 runtime files
from this URL:

http://www.winsite.com/info/pc/win95/sysutil/vb40runt.zip/

This appears to fix the install problems but if anyone gets a ST4UNST
message please let me know. Thank-you.
