Hello everyone,

I know this has been discussed before (sorry to bring it up
again)...
Could someone explain to me exactly how Timer 0 works?  I read
Microchip's docs but I'm a bit confused, especially with the
prescaler stuff.  Could someone clear all this up for me?

Basicly what I'd like to do is set up an osc to incriment the timer
every .01 of a second.  My program will check the timer frequently
to see if it has changed, and will respond accordingly when it
does.  That's all I want to do.
