Hi,

I always use a conventional Layout software, and then print on transparent
paper (NOT containing plastic!!) with a laser printer. Care must be taken
so the toner side will always be next to the resist layer. Apart from that,
it takes only the developing and etching chemicals and the UV lamp for
developing. Drilling is another subject, generally a small hobby drill in a
STABLE tabletop mounting device will work well.
