Hi folks, as far as I know unfortunately there still seems to be no support for Windows NT! Neither for PICMaster nor for the new MPLAB-ICE. I've complained at Microchips' representatives about this for years, but my impression is that Microchip doesn't think that it's necessary supporting Windows NT (regardless what they tell you).
