Hi, I've got Electronics Workbench and Electronics Workbench-Layout. The latest version allows you to create a layout and back annotate to the simulator, or create a circuit in the simulator and have it directly shipped out to the layout program. The programs have worked satisfactory but do leave some things to be desired. For example: to place a pad in the layout program you have to actually create a component that is a pad in the component editor. There is no "stock" pad waiting to be dragged in. The layout package comes with plenty of models, unfortunately you are forced to look through all of them to find what you want (poor documentation). All in all it has been a pretty decent low end editor. BTW: I'm trying to find a spice model of the Signetics SE5521 chip? Have some problems like other spice engine with grounding and simulating flotting lines. For professionnal sound design, it is a problem. If you want to extand, you can get more models but It will cost same price as the product. Some specific models like audiotransformer are not avalaible. Can be use as a front end design package with simulating, with a low price dos PCB routing product like Layyo. No PIC models. Have a nice day, Dan
