At both my current and former jobs, I use the latest version of
PADS Power.  It is fairly nice, and I feel comfortable with it.
Hasn't crashed yet on Win95.  I have also heard good things about
Accel/Tango, and Orcad. If you are filthy rich and have a unix
workstation, get Allegro.
