I'm trying to find out the "preferred" pad size and spacing for a 2010
surface mount package (for a 1/2W resistor). None of the libraries in my
CAD packages (Eagle) seem to have that package, at least not that I've
found so far. Does anyone have an Eagle library with that package, or
know of a library that's already in there that I've overlooked?

But more generally, I'd love to know of a web site, or book, or article,
or whatever, that has information about surface mount packages in
general, what the standard packages sizes are, what their pad dimensions
are, and so on. If anyone knows of such a resource, please let me know.
