I have come across a Russian Company named Ormix selling a PIC programmer
(ComPIC-5) for multiple PIC's for $60.00 USD.
The picture of this programmers suggests that it includes (2) ZIFF sockets.
These alone would be almost worth the price.  They state that they are
taking orders for November delivery.  Has anyone dealt with this company or
have any information to share?
