Works for me now.

www.propic2.com resolves to propic2.com, which is an Apache server that
is returning a redirect to http://members.tripod.com/ProPic/

If it doesn't work for some others, describe the symptoms?

What I detest is that pop-up advertising window.  I'm tempted to get
into the source code of my browser and stop that from working.
