To anyone wondering if PIP02 can program the 16F84: yes, it can.
I tried it with the 16C84 selected and it worked just fine.
I thought it wouldn't work because the programming cycle for the 16F84 is
20ms while for the 16C84 is only 10ms.
I had problems using PiX because it kept saying "Modem detected, No/Bad
Hardware" when I selected my COM port.
